Job description

We are currently looking for a Country Manager to join our team. As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for managing our growth path in Sweden. You will together with us grow our path in Sweden. You will have a chance to work with high profile customers from Sweden and managing a Top A team, whilst surrounding yourself with an international team.

 

Responsibilities

 

Develop detailed growth plans in Sweden

Responsible as the contact person to Swedish clients

Deliver solutions on time ensuring quality standards are met

Communicate with your team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks

Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

Partnering with Ecommerce Eco-system in Sweden

 

Requirements

 

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written,

Native Swedish Speaker

Fluent in English. Other languages will be a benefit

Learns quickly and independently; seeks opportunities to extend and deepen learning

Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changes in priorities

Good understanding in Word, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, and Sketch

Strong interpersonal and proactive problem solving skills

Ability to understand the big picture

Business and customer focus mindset

Self-motivation, self-discipline
