With over 45,000 high-quality apartments in 100 cities, Homelike offers one of the largest portfolios of furnished apartments for business travellers in Europe and we are expanding continuously into new countries.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are entirely responsible for the revenue and the operations of our sales department (Customer Services, Sales processes, Key Account management, Outbound Sales, Quality management) by leading the existing team and recruiting new colleagues
  • You will be expected to cooperate closely with other departments to improve product development / technology and marketing
  • You will consult others by becoming part of our C-level team as well as our Board
  • Development of the entire organization in the next phases of growth

 

The perfect candidate brings along:

  • You ideally gained knowledge in sales, in a similar role, from another growth focused start-up
  • You have experience in setting up and implementing sales processes and structures.
  • You have managed a team (10+ people)
  • You are a first-class sales person and always know exactly what to say (both in German and English) to win customers and colleagues alike
  • Background in the travel industry would be a great advantage, although not necessary
