Position Description: Customer Care and Fulfillment Specialist
We are looking for a part-time candidate that will develop into a full-time job.
We are now at $750,000 in pre-orders through crowdfunding on Indiegogo and Backerkit and are starting shipping this February. With thousands of customers waiting to receive Caia, we are looking for someone to be the point person with both our existing and potential customers, from purchase to post-delivery. Acting as the liaison with our backers regarding the delivery of Caia, answering questions new customers have about how Caia works, and managing the shipping pipeline, and more. This person will be working under our Chief Marketing Officer but they will be the point person leading the customer care and fulfillment effort for Solenica.
This person must:
Be a highly responsible and organized individual
Have experience in a customer facing role
Be a good copywriter in Italian
Have managed projects from start to finish
Be within (at most) two semesters of completing their Bachelor’s degree, ideally, in Business or Marketing
Nice to have:
Some knowledge of Slack and Asana
Some knowledge of MailChimp
Located in Rome
Languages: English/Italian (must be bilingual equivalent)
Commitment: February start date
