WHAT YOU’LL DO

Costumer Service is not a department, it’s an attitude. If our Customer Service Team’s motto fits to your work mentality and you are enthusiastic about nutrition and health, this role might be just right for you. We are looking for a Customer Service Agent France (f/m) to help us to further conquer the French market.

  • Guide and help our customers through challenges they might have within the order or delivery process.
  • Together with our highly skilled nutrition experts you consult throughout our great product range.
  • During your calls, chats and e-mail conversations you gather important information to improve and develop our service processes

 

WHO YOU ARE
  • You should be very service and customer oriented and have a strong sense of high quality standards.
  • You have to be fluent in French, English and/or German are a plus.
  • Topics all around nutrition and health should thrill you.
  • You are very skilled in MS-Office as well as in typing.
