We’re looking for a Customer Support pro to join our European Support team. You’ll delight our customers with fast, friendly, heart-warming support they can’t help but tell their colleagues about.

A Little About You

  • You’re fluent in both written and spoken English. Bonus points if you are fluent in German and English.
  • You have at least 1 year experience in a support role, ideally in a SaaS company.
  • You have a love for technology + marketing and a desire to keep learning.
  • You’ve got a knack for problem solving and love working both independently and collaboratively to find solutions.
  • You’re not necessarily coding web pages from scratch, but you’re not intimidated by HTML, CSS and Javascript.
  • You have an unstoppably upbeat attitude and love working with people.
  • Empathy is your middle name (perhaps literally).
  • You’re a bottomless well of patience and understanding.
  • You might not be a writer, but you express yourself well.

Your Responsibilities

  • Resolving customer inquiries by phone, email, live chat, forums & where ever else they ask for help.
  • Replying to customer enquiries with authentic, human responses.
  • Regularly delighting our customers in fun, creative ways.
  • Mastering Unbounce and learning it inside out.
