Job description

We are currently looking for a Digital Account Manager Intern to join our team. As the Digital Account Manager Intern, you will be responsible for managing your client’s ecommerce needs. You need to ensure that everything is running smoothly and that the quality of work reaches our standard. You will have a chance to work with high profile customers from all around the world, whilst surrounding yourself with an international team.

 

Responsibilities

 

Develop detailed project plans

Be the contact person to your clients together with project manager

Communicate with your Project manager and team member and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks

Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

 

Requirements

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Learns quickly and independently; seeks opportunities to extend and deepen learning

Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changes in priorities

Good understanding in Word, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, and Sketch

Strong interpersonal and proactive problem solving skills

Ability to understand the big picture

Fluent in English. Other languages will be a benefit

Business and customer focus mindset

Self-motivation, self-discipline
