JoeyWears uses innovative designs and the latest in textile technology to give men’s crown jewels the palace they deserve. We’ve generated huge buzz online through our punchy marketing, engaging brand style and successful crowdfunding campaign. We have already taken orders for more than 15,000 pairs of our game-changing underwear and are about to launch our own ecommerce website. Now we need an in-house expert to own our overall e-commerce strategy and help us build on our success and help us bring our long-term vision to life and help us meet our ambitious targets. We’re starting by revolutionising men’s underwear but we have big ambitions to become the destination for men’s basics and take on the big boys in the market. We move fast and work hard. Sound good? About the role We’re a fast-growing direct to consumer digital brand with big ambition so being able to improve our understand our business processes is of paramount importance to us. In this role, you will be analysing our process and seeking new efficiency in our business model, workflows, and systems. Based on your work you will be working with the CEO and making recommendations in technical development projects that will improve business efficiency. In this role, you will provide leadership and ensure that we deliver an exceptional customer experience across the site, by ensuring a strategic balance that optimizes customer experience, a positive brand experience, relevancy and revenue. You will have: Proven track record in growing and managing a digital business, preferably from the retail segments, wholesale experience nice to have. Bachelor degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing or related field is preferred but not required Understanding of how content, design, and user interface work together to create an optimal user experience is preferred. Strong understanding of online marketing strategies, fluent in development optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner, and knowledge of eCommerce processes. A highly creative individual with a balance of implementation and business knowledge as well as excellent ability to communicate concepts and design rationale. You will also have Flexible approach when working in a team and excellent communication skills Great time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time; Relentless accuracy and attention to detail Openness to feedback and willingness to make changes to your work Your responsibilities will be: Develop and manage local 3rd party ecommerce accounts in order to achieve the established business plan, while securing profitable and sustainable distribution Work with the CEO to influence outcome and decision of commercial agreements through applying financial data. This includes margins, forecast/projections, probability and statistical inference, fractions, percentages, ratios etc. Responsible for implementing the promotional framework with the 3rd party players and its spotless execution Closely cooperate with other parts of the business in order to exploit e-commerce potentials with the customers (include digital marketing, search, and promotions), and to ensure seamless integration of all channels (on- and off-line). Execute centrally developed ecommerce framework & business plan by ensuring a profitable & sustainable distribution for each ecommerce account. Support and ensure compliance with brand guidelines. Establish requirements of contents for all digital channels based on needs identified to ensure that requirements are met (e.g., asset development). Optimizing Product Search and navigation, Promotional content slots, Product content, Merchandising, and cross-sell opportunities. *Analysis of financial KPIs (e.g. sales share in online). Analyze trading performance and recommends activities to support the account in driving traffic and E commerce site conversion to maximize sales. Monitor online and mobile shopping trends, and maintain knowledge of competition and opportunities in ecommerce. Increase consistent global brand awareness and perception according to the central strategy *Track and produces KPI and deep-dive reports to maximize business opportunities.
