The role

Our B2B Marketing function is crucial to ensuring market visibility and supporting the Commercial Team in generating revenue for business growth.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Developing and owning a growth marketing plan, designing content and executing the rollout using a mixture of marketing tactics (social, digital, Bright Network and external events)
  • Close collaboration with Commercial Team to understand sales process and life-cycle
  • Continuous market analysis to identify priority growth areas for the Commercial Team which will ensure revenue targets are met
  • Building up sector expertise in graduate recruitment in order to understand relevance of the Bright Network proposition to the market 
  • Maintaining B2B marketing collateral, working closely with Design Team to brief in new projects 
  • Collaborating with Brand Executive to ensure tone of voice is prominent across all communications
  • Driving lead generation from tactical activities for Commercial Team to follow up 
  • Managing and analysing data to plan high impact targeted B2B marketing campaigns
  • Preparing presentation decks for Commercial Team meetings and external events activities 
  • Owning Bright Network B2B social channels – increasing message frequency, improving engagement and growing network 
  • Writing engaging content for email marketing, weaving in relevant and topical graduate recruitment news
  • Capturing and analysing campaign ROI, regularly reporting to Commercial Team
  • Managing part of the business development budget, forward planning how this will be utilised
  • Utilising internal CRM system (Salesforce) to pull reports and target campaigns

Requirements of the role

  • 2 years proven experience in B2B marketing and lead generation role
  • Proactive, confident, can-do attitude 
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Team player
  • Commercially astute
  • Willingness to work flexibly as required in small business environment
  • Fast learner
