We are now looking for a full time Mobile Ad Operations Manager to implement and manage ad campaigns as well as assist in various projects. The position’s main objectives are as follows:
- To manage all post sales activities, including: integration, troubleshooting, account management, optimization, campaign revisions, etc.
- To work with partners on creative and performance issues, providing suggestions to optimize conversion rates and delivery
- To communicate additional partner requirements to internal staff and/or to execute them independently
- Own the finance, sales and operational processes for your assigned accounts
- Prepare mid and post campaign reporting for assigned accounts
Your ideal profile for this job:
- Direct experience in mobile /online ad serving with Google Adsense and OpenX (or any other solutions)
- Direct experience with Google Analytics
- Good experience in performance based marketing is a plus (CPA, CPI, CPL)
- Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English or German
- Goal oriented and self-motivated with strong time management skills
