We are looking for a keen and proactive Order Desk Administrator that is eager to lead the handling of ROLI’s B2B sales order process. You will oversee all communication with our B2B partners for matters related to their orders and ROLI’s processing thereof. In addition to the communication and operational aspects, your ability to detect issues and resourcefully seek out timely resolutions will be a key part of your responsibilities.

As a core member of our Operations team, you will play a key role in cohering the efforts of our Sales, Operations and Finance teams by ensuring the smooth recording and processing of ROLI’s B2B sales. This is an opportunity to embrace many continually developing business processes and play a valuable role in improving them to accommodate ROLI’s rapid evolution.Your ability to be proactive, analytical, and highly communicative with both internal and external stakeholders are skills that will serve you extremely well in this role.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the timely entry and processing of all B2B sales orders
  • Lead ROLI’s communication with B2B partners regarding orders, inventory, ETAs and returns
  • Support ROLI’s Sales, Finance and Logistics teams by being the primary point of contact to clarify matters related to orders, shipments and all customer facing transactions
  • Own ROLI’s B2B RMA process
  • Analyse ROLI’s data related to internal sales, external sales and logistics performance, and report results back to both immediate team and senior management.
  • Play an active role in continuously improving ROLI’s day-to-day processes for sales and order fulfilment

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience or significant exposure to the sales order fulfillments process
  • Prior experience with order and inventory management systems (i.e. ERP)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel with experience in analysing sales and operational performance (Vlookups, Pivot tables etc)
  • An inquisitive mind and demonstrable examples of implementing proactive solutions
  • A determined and positive approach to continuously improve on the status quo
  • Superb and demonstrable time-management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, flawless written English

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience in export sales administration and logistics
  • Previous experience working with NetSuite ERP
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • A passion for music, design, technology
