Your Responsibilities

  • Developing, coaching, monitoring and motivating a team of up to 6 people
  • Onboarding new team members, teaching our sales process and selling our vision while always leading by example
  • Conducting monthly performance and people management reviews as well as weekly one-on-ones and team training sessions
  • Organising knowledge and proper documentation of processes and policies while driving process innovation and pushing initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction

Your Profile

  • Experienced Team Leader having worked within a sales/customer care environment for at least 2 years
  • Great communicator who is able to use tailored communication styles to influence different personalities and understand team dynamics
  • We want leaders that have a flare for reporting, analysing data and using their findings to identify areas of improvement that will shape their approach to managing their team
  • Constantly looking for ways to streamline processes and improve service
  • Comfortable working with targets and always striving to exceed expectations
  • Flexible and always willing to find solutions to problems and adapt to changing systems and processes
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written (no German language skills required)
