If you’re passionate about e-commerce and creating web experiences that meet and exceed customer needs, we are looking for you to join our Product Management team. You’ll have the opportunity to drive significant growth of the Joss & Main and Wayfair International businesses by creating a best-in-class customer experience for our international websites. You must be able to transform data into insights and strategy to improve the Joss & Main and Wayfair shopping experiences and achieve business goals. You will work both independently and cross-functionally to generate ideas, transform those ideas into technical requirements, and work closely with design and engineering to deliver site enhancements and new features. You will be responsible for owning your roadmap, making appropriate product tradeoffs, and measuring success of your initiatives.

What you will do

  • Develop cross-platform product strategy for the Joss & Main and Wayfair international websites
  • Utilize data to understand customer needs and behaviors as well as business objectives, and transform that knowledge into website enhancements and new features
  • Write detailed requirements for product initiatives and project manage a team of engineers to implement those initiatives
  • Work closely with managers across the organization to ensure the vision for your product roadmap aligns with broader company objectives
  • Monitor performance of your focus area and measure impact of your product enhancements
  • Communicate performance metrics to key stakeholders throughout the organization

What you bring to the table

  • Several years in digital (preferably e-commerce) Product Management experience
  • Strong UI/UX experience
  • Experience successfully managing projects from conceptualization through delivery; on time and on budget
  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of business strategy and metrics
  • Passionate about building functional and engaging user experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical background, or technical orientation (enough to be dangerous)
  • Strong crossfunctional leadership experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for customer focused innovation
  • Bachelor’s degree in either a technology or business discipline, MBA a plus
  • Experience within a consumer goods/retail company is a plus
