  • You are in charge of our Salesforce instance and implementation
  • You play a major role in planning for new feature development and existing Service Cloud software maintenance
  • You perform hands-on Salesforce.com development, both with declarative and programmatic tools (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Custom Objects)
  • You handle web services’ API integrations with other internal and third party systems
  • You provide guidance and best practices concerning Salesforce.com solutions to build a scalable instance
  • You own release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment
  • You proactively modify and enhance existing tools for the Customer Support department
  • You write and implement new logic, facilitating efficient and customer-focused customer service


  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas, timelines and requirements with developers, non-tech end users, and management
  • Strong object-oriented development skills
  • Proficiency in the Salesforce.com Service Cloud development environment including custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, Triggers, Process Builder, Visual Workflow migration tools and web services
  • Strong analytical skills and software engineering experience
  • Salesforce Developer Certification preferred but not required
  • Track record of successfully producing deliverables within agreed upon timelines
  • Strong proven Project Management Skills
  • Service Attitude and Customer Focus
  • Language skills: English full professional proficiency, German is a plus
