Team Lead – Online Performance Marketing (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

  • You lead, train and develop our online performance marketing team, focusing on existing and upcoming PC game releases and oversee all activities related to affiliation, media buying, Google Adwords and Facebook
  • Develop and execute user-acquisition strategies and roadmaps for your team, directly report to and work closely with Director Performance Marketing
  • You constantly improve our technical setup and tools according to market changes
  • Supervising campaign and traffic management: Measuring customer acquisition costs, LTV and return on investment for your teams’ global campaigns and adjust based on performance
  • Game potential evaluation in close alignment with the game producers
  • Sourcing, planning, execution and controlling of large scale user-acquisition campaigns
  • Overseeing ad buys with direct publishers, ad networks and affiliate networks
  • Meticulously supervising the routine optimization of creative assets and landingpages through A/B testing and statistical analysis

Your qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience managing direct-to-consumer performance marketing campaigns, preferred in the online gaming industry
  • 2+ years of experience in leading a team
  • Full understanding of different online marketing channels: Affiliation, Media Buying from direct publishers, AdNetworks, AdExchanges, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, DSPs
  • Very solid AdTech knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience within Free-to-Play gaming (Online and/or mobile) is a plus
  • Fluent English skills
