Medicus is an AI-based platform that explains and interprets medical reports and health data, turning numbers into meaningful insights. Medicus is used by health insurance companies and diagnostic laboratories to deliver smart features & insights to both doctors – in terms of smart testing & diagnosis support – and to patients in the form of visual & interactive reports, powering continuous healthcare & wellbeing coaching across all digital platforms. Medicus is based in Vienna with offices in Berlin, Dubai, Paris & Beirut.

Your Responsibilities

 

In this role, you will be our solutions expert and trusted technical advisor and ambassador of Medicus, supporting our French sales team with your outstanding technical expertise and knowledge of all of Medicus’ systems throughout the whole pre-sales, sales and after-sales processes. In detail this means:

  • You advise our sales team closely regarding all client-related technical enquiries they might be having and support with pre-sales technical demonstrations and product education

  • You are the main contact person for all technical enquiries towards our French-speaking clients, working directly with the client’s technical teams

  • You manage the technical integration of our solutions, where you would be expected to plan, schedule and implement the Medicus solutions at the client (on-site and remotely)

  • You are responsible for on-time delivery of the planned and committed roadmap of all integration work and are expected  to regularly communicate progress and risks within the relevant teams

  • You provide excellent after-sales support services, reaching from update implementation to bug fixes, whereby you are the interface between our operational tech team and the client at any time

  • Throughout all sales processes, you will be closely collaborating with all teams involved to allow for a smooth workflow between them, by obtaining and smartly managing their requirements, constraints and objectives

  • You are always alert to identify opportunities that allow the sales team to deliver (further) business winning proposals

 

Your profile

  • You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the fields of Computer Sciences, Maths, Engineering, or similar

  • You bring at least 2 years of relevant experience in technical sales and/or technical account management and/or technical project management, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and/or health tech industry

  • You have a strong technical background as well as an excellent technical acumen with the ability to relate it with business value

  • You have outstanding communication, listening and interpersonal skills, and are an expert in building long lasting and strong relationships

  • You are passionate about new technologies and experienced towards their use at work

  • You enjoy working in teams, to proactively network and forge links with collaborators

  • Even under high pressure, you demonstrate excellent judgment and decision-making capability, as well as an eye for detail

  • Your strong time management skills and solution-oriented mindset allow you to excel at managing several projects at a time

  • You are willing to travel within the framework of your mission

  • You are fluent in English and French. any additional language is a plus
