ExoClick is looking for an Account Manager with English proficiency + native German. As an account manager, you are responsible for a portfolio of medium to large advertisers and take care of the creation, management and optimization of online campaigns into ExoClick’s proprietary platform. You are in direct contact with the advertisers and make sure to reach their goals in terms of ROI, volume and monthly budget. You generate statistical and financial reports for your clients and your management.

Daily tasks include

- Creation and optimization of campaigns.

- Advertiser accounts monitoring.

- Clients followup by phone and email.

- Web sites classification and network optimizations.

- Negotiation of monthly agreements.

– Start-up of new advertisers.

Your goals

– Reach the ROI goals of your clients, ensure a continuing relationship.

- Grow the total revenue generated by your regional portfolio of clients.

– Connecting campaigns to the right traffic sources in order to generate high publishing revenues.


You understand the general needs of online advertisers and publishers and you are able to manage hundreds of campaigns successfully.

- Extremely organized and rigorous.

– Analytical mind, good with calculations and statistics.

We will value any experience as a media buyer, advertiser or traffic manager.


- +1 year experience in the online advertising industry. (Media Buyer, Account Manager,…)

- Perfect knowledge of the different ad models. CPC, CPM, CPA, etc…

– Expert in the management of online advertising campaigns. You must have run several successful advertising campaigns in the past.

– Native German + fluent English, both written and spoken.

– Great understanding of the Web, from the user and publisher perspectives.

- A minimum of technical skills. HTML, JavaScript tags, web analytic tools, etc…

- Good with statistical reports and data analysis.

– Very advanced use of Excel, formulas, macros…
