Your responsibilities:​

  • You will be in the driver seat for each launch, which means you will ensure to open up the market in all relevant business topics: Real Estate, Business Travelers, Marketing and Partnerships

  • You shall build up your expansion teams (either in the country or as a division in the HQ) and lead it by the KPIs you and our founders defined beforehand

  • You are responsible for the expansion strategy of Homelike

  • You will set the strategy by analysing markets and make decisions on that data 


The perfect candidate brings along:​

  • At least a couple of years experience in one of the top strategy consultancies with expansion focus or you have even built up you own startup with an expansion relevant business model

  • Extremly strong analytical background in a combination of sales-driven personality and the hunger to open up a new market

  • Willingness to be based in Cologne and travel frequently within Europe

  • Absolutely fluent in English and a big plus would be German or another European language ;-)
