Your responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close media partnerships with major Ad Networks and Mobile publishers
  • Manage and lead Real Time Bidding (RTB) partners (exchanges, networks, publishers, and DSPs) including day to day analysis, optimization, and development to drive performance
  • Negotiate, purchase and monitor advertising space on behalf of our clients
  • Coordinate launch of media campaigns with marketing, distribution and sales departments
  • Monitor buying strategies and optimize effectiveness of campaigns 
  • Manage paid search/display buys involving Pay-Per-Click (PPC), CPA, and CPM buys
  • Provide recommendations to stakeholders regarding CPL/CPI or media buying strategies
  • Ensure maximum ROI for media campaigns


  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related areas
  • At least 1 year experience in Media Buying for advertising or media agencies
  • Familiarity with RTB platforms, DFP, DSM, Adapt, Boomerang, AdSense, Ad Exchange, Rubicon, Salesforce.com, comScore, Omniture and/or other relevant programs is a plus
  • Understanding of online advertising industry, text links, rich media display products, campaign success metrics, media buying/selling, and sales process preferred
  • Confidence in interacting with people across all departments and levels of the organization both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
  • Expertise in all standard Windows Microsoft programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
